Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in trying Recursity.

Refunds are processed by our billing partners (Lemon Squeezy for pre-orders and Stripe for subscriptions) and are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Monthly Plans: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and your access will continue until the end of your current paid period. Fees for the current month are not refundable.

Annual Plans: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date. If you change your mind within 14 days of placing your pre-order, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days and before the official public launch, pre-orders remain refundable on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Refunds may be denied in cases of repeated subscription abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
